Well, now, let’s talk about this Bhutan ID card thing. I ain’t no fancy city person, ya know, but I hear things. Folks say you need this card for, well, just about everything over there in Bhutan. Like, you wanna vote? Gotta have that card. You wanna stay the night somewhere? Gotta show that card. It’s like your ticket to everything, y’know, like your face but on a piece of paper.

You gotta write a letter to some big shot Director-General, and you gotta have someone you trust back in Bhutan to help you out.
