Okay, so, today I’m gonna tell you about how I got a Cuban driving license. It was a bit of a ride, let me tell you.

First off, I did some digging online. Seems like if you’re not Cuban and you wanna drive around there for more than six months, you need to get yourself a Cuban license. So, I started gathering what I needed. They wanted a medical exam, which, no biggie, just a basic check-up and an eye test. Easy peasy.

Next up was the written test. I was a bit nervous about this one, but luckily, they had it in English, as well as Spanish, French, and German. I brushed up on the Cuban traffic laws – pretty similar to back home, but a few differences here and there. I passed the written test!

Then came the practical exam. This was the real deal. I had to show off my driving skills to an examiner. We drove around for a bit, parallel parked, did a three-point turn, you know, the usual stuff. I think I did alright, ’cause the examiner gave me a nod and said I passed.

After all that, I finally got my Cuban driving license. It’s a small card, pink and red, with some fancy silver details, and my photo on it.
