Yesterday, I tried to order a Kuwait passport online, and I got a lot to say about it. So I figured, let me just write down the whole process, might help someone out there.
First off, I went to this website that said it could help with applying for passports. It had this form that I had to fill in. It was pretty straightforward, asking for the usual stuff like my name, address, and all that. I double-checked everything ’cause you don’t wanna mess that up, right?
Then, I had to upload a picture. They were picky about the picture, you know, the size, the background, all that jazz. I got a notice saying ‘Address Invalid’ during pre-validation. I was like, what does that even mean? I spent a good while trying to find a photo that worked. After a few tries, I finally got one that their system liked.

Next up was the payment. It was the most complex part for me. I had to choose between a few options, and honestly, I wasn’t sure which one was the best. In the end, I just picked one and hoped for the best. I put in my card details, hit submit, and crossed my fingers.
After that, I got this confirmation email. It had all the details of my application, and a number to track the progress. I’ve been checking it every now and then. It says it’s being processed, so that’s good, I guess.
- I started by filling out the form on the website.
- I uploaded a picture after a few attempts.
- I made the payment, choosing from a few options.
- I received a confirmation email and have been tracking my application.
The whole thing was kind of a mixed bag. The website was easy to use, but then there were parts that got me scratching my head. It was a little like using one of those online converters to change a PDF to a Word file – mostly smooth, but with a few hiccups.
My Thoughts on It
I mean, it’s pretty cool that you can do this stuff online now. It’s like those online Right to Work checks, it saves you a trip to some office. But it’s not all smooth sailing. You gotta be careful with the details, and sometimes it feels like you’re just guessing what they want. Kind of like trying to understand what someone means when they say ‘Culture and lifestyle influence the communication process.’ You think you get it, but then you’re not so sure.
Anyway, I’m waiting to see what happens next. It’s a bit of a waiting game now. I’ll probably write an update once I get the passport. Hopefully, it all works out.
