How to Order Turks and Caicos ID Card (Easy Guide)

So, I wanted to get myself a Turks and Caicos ID Card. I heard they rolled out this new National Turks and Caicos Islander Status Card back on August 13, so I thought, “Why not?” Plus, I figured it might be handy to have one of those Foreigner IDs too, just in case.
