So, first things first, I needed to get online. The whole process is done through this thing called the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website. They’ve got this online system called “APPLES,” which, I guess, stands for “Application for Passport On-line Electronic System.” Sounds a bit funny, but hey, it works.
